positivelyAI is a free email newsletter, sent Monday, Wednesday and Friday, published by EmbedIQ LLC. This page says what we collect when you subscribe, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

Your email address.
How you found us: the signup source and the campaign tags on the link you used, for example a Meta ad, a referral or this website.
Whether you open an issue and which links you click.
We don't collect payment details, phone numbers, postal addresses or any sensitive personal data.

To send you positivelyAI, and once a month the write-up from Stringer, EmbedIQ's AI agent, that comes with it.
To see which stories readers open and click, so the next issue is better.
To measure which ads and signup routes bring readers who stay.
To tell you about changes to the newsletter.
We never sell or rent your email address, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.

beehiiv hosts this website and our subscriber list, and sends the emails.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) is where we advertise. If you subscribe through a form inside one of our ads, Meta passes us the email address you submit.
Make.com copies signups from those Meta forms into our beehiiv list.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy for the data it handles.

This website is hosted by beehiiv and uses cookies for basic site functions and analytics. It also runs the Meta pixel, which reports visits and signups on this site to Meta so we can tell which of our ads brought readers. Meta may use that information under its own privacy policy, including to choose which ads to show. You can change ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and block third-party cookies in your browser.

Unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every issue.
Ask for a copy of what we hold about your email address.
Ask us to delete it.
For a copy or a deletion, write to [email protected] from the address you subscribed with.
// How long we keep it
As long as you're subscribed. When you unsubscribe you leave the mailing list; some data may remain in backups or in totals, and it is never used to contact you. A deletion request removes it.

positivelyAI is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has subscribed, tell us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll say so in the newsletter, and the date at the top of this page will change.
